Honestly no complains at all. A friendly and simple hotel with nice views. A great area, super location very close to the lake and restaurants, cafes, the Cathedral, and the Opera House. 10 minutes walk to a grand classical music hall. Beautiful & incredible room with a good bathroom.

The location was magnificent and absolutely perfect - ease of access to Museum of the Revolution. The room was nicely furnished, moreover a decent size with an extra sofa.

I had the classic room which was compact and new-fashioned with balcony. The room had air conditioner and a minibar plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. Marvellous location, an opera house and a theater were walking distance to the hotel.

The room was great value, it had a bidet, a dryer, and terry cloth robes. It was facing street. The hotel's location was perfect and incredible, very close to Hoàn Kiếm Lake and the Opera House, National Museum and Post Office and coffee shops. Furthermore, in Hanoi downtown.

Great choice for trip. Beautiful little property with especially helpful employees in a really professional and kind manner. Central location, just a pleasant stroll away from a shopping mall. Set right by cool and convenient to walk to the ancient quarter, Hoan Kiem Lake as well as shops and restaurants in the very nice area.

Great location! The hotel is centrally located in a nice area and within walking distance to many attractions. Also, the staff was very helpful and friendly, providing useful information and assistance throughout our stay. Plus, we were able to store our luggage when we went on a cruise to Halong Bay.
The room was smaller than expected, based on the website photos. Additionally, the price quoted for airport transfer was quite high, so we found it more affordable to book a transfer from a third party.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The simplicity of the hotel was very welcome, the room was extremely clean and comfortable, specially the bed. The location absolutely star. Much nicer staying in this small hotel than a large 4/5 star one, in my opinion. I must say, that even the guests were friendly!!!
I chose this hotel because it is a small hotel, so I suppose that is the reason for no busy bar, which would have been welcome, since I was staying there alone. The breakfast could have had a few more choices. But in all, it was a great place to stay in Hanoi.

The hotel is only 2 years old so everything is very new and clean. The rooms are really nice - a good size and the deluxe rooms have a balcony. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good. It's not too expensive. It's in a great location - easy to walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter.

This place is located in an elegant area of the city center, with good shops around. It is situated in a quiet street but is still nearby the center of town. The staff here provide excellent service. They were really professional and kind, always happy to assist with any arrangements. They even helped me with my postcards in a really professional and kind manner. The room amenities were top-notch, with a sitting area, terrace, and in-room safe. The hotel also has a leisure spa & wellness center, where I enjoyed a relaxing massage. The sun terrace and garden area were also delightful to unwind in. this hotel offers a luxurious experience with enhanced comfort and quality services.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The Conifer Hotel was an excellent introduction to our 10day trip to Vietnam. We chose 2 rooms and lived in comfort for 2 nights proving again that you dont need to pay 4 star prices for 4 star service. Within the first day the staff proved always eager to help as we adjusted to the hectic traffic and bustle of old Hanoi. After our 3 day Halong Bay cruise we returned again to Hanoi, regretfully staying at another hotel but we called in to the Conifer Hotel and were greeted like old friends, we will definitely return to Hanoi and stay there again.

We did not want to leave there and would stay here again without hesitation. The location was very central, great for an opera house and a theatre located walking distance to the hotel. The airport was 30 km away...
